The dogs involved in his particular incident were actually "Boxer" mix and it's clearly listed in vet reports, the babysitter he chose exposed his child to the dogs obviously (despite assuring the couple the dogs wouldn't be allowed near the child)

There's many disturbing issues with the whole story these 2 medium to large "boxer" mixes attacked the child for 15 mins (apparently) and yet the damage to the child were relatively minimal in comparison to attacks involving similar circumstances IE similar attacks have left victims (full grown adults) missing limbs and in some cases actually having larges sections of muscle and skin missing or removed broken bones etc.
When the first Law enforcement officer arrived on the scene he was greeted by one of the dogs in the driveway to the house , he found the babysitter sitting on the lounge talking (screaming fanatically) on the phone, the other dog also was still running free in the house and neither dog defended the "kill". (which is quite often the case)
The babysitter refused to hang up the phone and indicated the child was in another room, the officer found the child in a separate room alone, totally unattended and still at the mercy of the dogs whilst the babysitter was talking on the phone (god knows how long he'd been laying there naked savagely injured bleeding and struggling to maintain the slight grasp he had on life).
"First Officer on scene, Deputy Kenneth Brauer, gets out of car and makes verbal contact with Iwicki, who was waving to him from the front door of the house, while talking on her cell phone. As Deputy Brauer is looking at Iwicki, he reports that a “brown and/or black pitbull” began trotting up the driveway towards him. remember this part Deputy Brauer pulls his firearm, as he is unsure of the temperament of the dog, and the dog slows to a walk before approaching him. Deputy Brauer makes the determination that the dog is not going to be “vicious or violent” towards him, and holsters his weapon. The dog walks up to him, sniffs him for a few seconds, and takes off towards the residence in a “slow trot”. Deputy Brauer walks to the residence and makes contact with Iwicki, who is on her cell phone and screaming hysterically, and unintelligibly. Deputy Brauer yells at Iwicki to hang up the phone and tell him where the baby is. Iwicki yelled back that the baby was in the back and that’s all she would say. Deputy Brauer instructs Iwicki to lock up the dogs, as they were now both present in the living room. "

Now this was winter and this poor little man was left alone naked bleeding fatally injured laying on a cold hard wood floor which is contrary to every trauma care guide and/or manual on record which advise someone to stay with the victim, cover them up, and then calmly try to keep the victim calm until help arrives.
Since the attack the babysitter has given 3-4 different versions of what happened each different to the last, how this babysitter wasn't charged is astounding as she clearly exposed this child to her dogs resulting in his death. (RIP DAXTON).

The father has now devoted his life to ridding the world of pitbulls (despite the fact these dogs were boxer mixes) and doesn't care who he has to victimize to do it with instances of stalking, bullying, comments of sexual nature to teenage girls, advising people to use anti-freeze to kill neighbors pets etc etc etc and it goes on with him creating more and more victims as the days turn to months/years.

Supporters of his campaign are fanatical and all use similar bully tactics proclaiming themselves as dog bite experts and statisticians on a regular basis with posts like this....
Why would any sane parent take advice on these issues from a parent that left their child so poorly supervised that they were attacked by a dog? Being a victim of such an incident says more about you then any breed of dog and your continued insistence on blaming a whole breed for the actions of any particular 1 dog seems to indicate you're not really seeing things clearly and have allowed yourself to be brainwashed by the media mogul behind digsbut.ing..
If as all you pitbull hating DBO cultists claim "it's the breed" (ie there's no such breed) , if this is as you say the case well how do you explain attacks by "non" fighting breeds? you know breeds that haven't been bred for fighting kill too and that kind of blows a universe sized whole in your claims about Genetics?
Seems Jeff has some strange ideas about community safety as indicated by his criminal record...
Jeff needs to grow up and stop blaming everyone else for what was his fault, he chose to leave his child with this woman, and she obviously couldn't control her own dogs and obviously didn't have any sort of first aide knowledge and seemed to contribute to the childs death.
Maybe DAXTON would be proud of his dad if his dad used this tragic incident to improve regulations regarding babysitters as opposed to mounting a murderous plot against dogs?
