ties!!!! Dogs that have exhibited aggressive behaviors such that they have officially been labeled have no place in civilized communities. Craigslist is providing an avenue for this "black market activity"... how many times have I read that a "recently adopted dog" (many times I have traced them back to craigslist via the media accounts) made an unprovoked attack on a family member - usually a child - sometimes with DEADLY consequences.
